    Standing, balance, twists,
    and sitting poses. At the
    end of each session, a
    peaceful relaxation will
    rejuvenate you to absorb
    the benefits of each class.

Hi! It’s my pleasure to introduce myself to
you!


I am on a mission to practice and teach yoga.
Since my early teenage years, I was initially
introduced to yoga by my beloved mother,
and I have been teaching yoga as a 200-hour
Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor since 2016.

My goal is to spread my love for yoga to
everyone who wishes to join me on this
exciting journey.
